Well organised, very friendly marshals, love the medal and the bbq after. Only thing I’d say was the banned headphones thing seems unreasonable, I find it hard to run without music and it is a bit extreme to ban all types even bone conducting. Thank you for organising a wonderful event, would definitely do again

I’ve done this lovely evening race many times over the years. It is such a social event with contingents from many local and far flung running clubs. It has a great atmosphere.

The BBQ queue is very slow for food (reckon they would sell alot more is they made this more efficient )

I thoroughly enjoyed this event. The organisation was spot on. Good crowd support and a great medal. Set it a scenic location.
My only criticism was the BBQ, I had to queue for a while, which isn't a problem and expected with the amount of people, but the burger was cold by the time I got mine and for a price of £7.95 I'd have expected a lot better.

There wasn't a briefing at the start so we just heard the claxon.
The email told us that tshirts would be sent in the post but they were there to collect on the evening.

good to remind people 15mins before start time to get to the start, as the race started late because slower runs were still lining up at 7.30pm
